Lathem Pay Clock Pro. The Pay Clock 2000 is designed for those organizations that may have many employees in remote locations or need to track work by department. This automated system is designed for business with between 20 and 250 employees. The system is cost effective for those firms that are spending on average more than two to four hours a week doing time card calculations or those who have trouble getting time cards back from remote locations. The system is a combination of a Lathem time clock that gathers the employees punches and software that is located on your computer. All information is polled back to your computer where adjustments can be made to employees records. The software is written in a Windows format making it easy to use for those who are familiar with Windows operating system. The terminal can restrict employee transactions, based on their work schedule, eliminating unauthorized overtime. Mangers can override this restriction on individual basis at the terminal. Employees can view their hours worked at the terminal. |

The 5000 offers the rugged reliability you've come to expect from Lathem. The 5000 works like those clocks and is very easy for those punching in to use. In addition the this clock offers some key enhancements. Because the clock is digital it offers the ability to use either regular or military time and to choose your date preference. These formats can be changed at any time. All end of month and daylight savings time changes are made automatically. This saves the need to reset the clock.
