We provide restaurants with Posera's Maitre'D software and general retailers with Microsoft's Dynamics Retail Management System software. We use Microsoft's Windows XP Pro operating system for back office computers and local network workstations. In situations where communications with Sharp cash registers is required Sharp's SDW software is the software of choice. For end users with heavy labor costs TMx time management systems offers a comprehensive solution. Labor costs can be reduced and scheduling time reduced. Each of the software programs we offer have been installed in restaurants and retail locations for many years. Posera and Microsoft are both acknowledged for their reliability, flexible solutions and on going support of their products. The Sharp terminals are certified to work with these SQL Databases and provide the necessary speed to maximize the use of software. All of the point of sale software solutions we now offer is written using Microsoft's SQL database. While these software solutions are highly comprehensive, for those companies or franchises who have unique reporting requirements we are able to offer customized reporting solutions. |

When coupled with the Sharp V-9900 this package offers reliable color touch operation and scanning. Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management Systems also provides vendor management and employee management. This provides the tools necessary to control a wide variety of retail business. Sharp SDW The Sharp Data Wizard offers communications packages with Sharp registers. Currently the program is available with the Sharp models ER-A410, ER-A420, ER-A450T, ER-A520, ER-A530, UP-600, UP-700, ER-A770, ER-A771, UP-810, UP-820, UP-3300, UP-3301, UP-X300, UP-3500. Programming changes can be made at your computer, either on site or from a remote location. Polling reports are done on a demand basis or on a timed schedule. The software also works in a multiple site environment. Comprehensive reporting capabilities are available. Reports can called up for the past week, past month, past year or any selected data range. Information can be exported to either Access or Excel to create customized reports. |

Time Management The largest variable cost for most retailers is labor cost. Time management software is designed to help minimize those costs while ensuring that proper coverage is attained during peak selling times. Historical data from your point of sale equipment is integrated into the scheduling module to ensure that staffing decisions are optimized. The time required to create a schedule is also reduced because historical templates are used to start the scheduling process. Adjustments are then made to account for work week changes. Special events or promotions for a particular time frame are also adjusted for in the scheduling process. Customizing is available to meet any scheduling need. Return on investment on this software may be realized in as little as three or four months when $25,000 a month or more is being spent on labor costs. |
