SHARP UP-V5500 The Sharp UP-V5500 is able to run in a wide variety of business where both integrated systems are required and color touch operation is desired. The use of color touch allows for up to a 40% increase in transaction speed at the terminal. The UP-V5500 will run any open Windows based system that supports color touch. We offer Retail Management Systems from Microsoft and Maitre'D from Posera as POS software to run on UP-V5500 terminals. Because these terminals have multiple communication ports available the UP-V5500 is able to communicate with a wide variety of peripheral devices. This flexibility leads to faster and more accurate customer service. The color touch screen is designed to shorten and ease training and increase employee productivity. The greater speed of the color touch screen enhances employee thru put at the terminal. The UP-V5500 supports scanners for retail applications.

SHARP UP-3500 The Sharp UP-3500 works well in the fast food and small table service environments. The versatile color touch monitor can handle the menus and condiments of most bars and restaurants. The use of color touch allows for up to a 40% increase in transaction speed at the terminal. Because these registers have multiple communication ports available the UP-3500 is able to send information to receipt and kitchen printers, monitors and drive thru boards. This flexibility leads to faster and more accurate customer service. It also helps ensure that only food that has been paid for is prepared in the kitchen. The color touch screen and training mode are designed to shorten and ease training and increase employee productivity. The greater speed of the color touch screen enhances employee thru put at the terminal. Lead thru suggestive selling at the register is another feature that can be implemented to help increase per unit sales of high margin items. The integrated PCI compliant credit, debit and gift card options allow for faster and more accurate customer service. Integrated processing saves 15 seconds per transaction. A typical restaurant will realize a time saving of between 4 and 16 hours a month when using integrated processing. A monthly modem rental for as little as $12.50 a month is available. The time keeping feature of the UP-3500 replaces traditional time clocks and reduces the time spent doing time card calculations. Labor reports done at the register give labor costs as a percentage of sales and lets management know if they are meeting targeted goals. An optional polling package further enhances the system. Reports are then put into a data base format, allowing them to be retrieved as often as you like. It also allows an almost limitless look at the information by date range. The optional Quick Books interface allows the seamless integration of your information from the UP-3500 into your accounting package. This saves both time and eliminates transposing errors. |
