Available Options

• Credit/Debit Card    *Allows integrated credit and debit card transactions via the internet for faster and more accurate customer service.
• Communication to Sharp SDW software    *Moves all data from the register to a PC in a database format making easier to review the information at a later date. Programming is easier at the PC than at the register.
• Scanner    *Speeds customer service and increases pricing accuracy. Leads to greater employee productivity.
• Scale    *When pricing bulk items increases customer service and pricing accuracy.
• Coin Dispenser    *Speeds each cash transaction between 5 to 8 seconds on average, shortening lines during rush periods. Promotes the correct change for each cash transaction and helps with end of day balancing of the register.
• Slip Printer    *Endorses the back of checks.
• Kitchen Printers    *Orders are printed in the kitchen saving steps and increases order accuracy.

Programming

• Flexible keyboard    *119 key locations allowing the flexible layout of departments, PLU's, function and transaction keys. PLU keys may have 3 shift levels(3 PLUs can be programed in one PLU key).
• Tax Rates    *Allows up to 4 separate state or local sales taxes.
• Cashiers    *Allows up to 20 cashiers. Tracks sales of individual cashiers.
• Department groups    *Allows up to 9 department groups. Optional grouping of departments into broader categories than the departments.
• Departments    *Allows up to 99 departments. Broad categories that used for reporting purposes.
• PLU/UPC    *Allows up to 1800 PLU/UPCs. One PLU may have two different price levels. Using UPC codes with scanning speeds the checkout process and helps with inventory control.
• % Discount key    *Allows up to 4 % discounts keys that can be set as preset or open item discount or as a subtotal discount function key.
• $ Coupon Key    *Allows up to 4 $ coupon discounts keys that can be set as preset or open item discount or as a subtotal discount function key.
• Coupon PLU    *Allows the tracking of each coupon issued.
• Void    *Allows error correction before the sale has been finalized.
• Refund    *Allows refunds and error corrections after a sale has been finalized.
• Tare Weight    *Allows zeroing out the weight of the container when weighing items on a scale.
• Bottle Deposit    *Tracks bottle deposit charges and refunds.
• Currency Conversion    *Automatically converts up to 4 foriegn curencies.
• Cash keys    *Used to finalize cash transactions. Up to 2 Cash keys are available.
• Check keys    *Used to finalize check transactions. Up to 2 Check keys are available.
• Check Cashing    *Used when cashing checks and no sale has occured to ensure proper end of shift or end of day balancing.
• Charge keys    *Up to 5 Charge keys are available for finalizing credit card or in house charges.
• Previous Balance    *Used to add the previous balance of an in house charge account to the current balance.
• Received on Account keys    *Used to recieve money paid on account for in house charge accounts. Up to 2 keys are available.
• Paid Out keys    *Used for tracking cash that has been taken from the drawer to pay for vendor or other invoices. Up to 2 keys are available.
• No Sale key    *Allows the drawer to be opened without a sale taking place. Transaction report tracks the number of times the drawer has opened without a sale occuring which can signal internal under ringing by cashiers.

Reports

• Deposit    *Allows tracking of money pulled during the middle of shifts.
• Average Hourly    *Reports real time hourly sales totals to help determine if employee shifts should be shorten to reduce labor costs.
• Macros    *Allows multiple optional reports linked together and taken with the touch of a single key.
